Hi all. I've been reading the pashli satchel thread and really like the look of the bags. it seems like everyone likes to buy the bright colors.

my question is, do you think these bags would be a classic? i wanted a nonbiased opinion which is why I made a separate thread. what do you feel about the bag?

I think it is an edgy classic bag. It has been out for a while and doesn't feel "dated."

I think it is a great looking bag, probably has staying power in the right color/finish. It is a new take on a messenger / satchel.

What I did not like about the bag and why I haven't pulled the trigger: I found it really hard to close when in cross body or standing. You needed 2 hands and that was a deal breaker for me! I need to be able to grab my transit pass and close my purse fast!

But keep it zipped if the winged look goes out.

I agree with jade, pashli is a classy edgy bag. And like her I was hesitant on getting it because of the closing mechanism. But after watching countless YT bag review for pashli I come to decision that I want to get a large Pashli this year. I'm still waiting for the right promotion and color before pulling a trigger. :)

May I ask what brands you normally shop from?

To me it seems both edgy and classic. Since I've been into edgier bags lately I've been considering one for my next bag purchase. But I've bought way too much lately so it won't be for a while ;)
