I am needing help and am wanting to purchase a new bag! I've never had a TB and am wanting a tote so I can put my Speedy up. Don't want to spend a ton on another LV and I love the leather on the Perry. Any pros or cons? Thank you!!

I have both the Perry and the York Buckle Tote and I love them both. No cons with either! The Perry is soft squishy leather which I love to carry on weekend errands and I use the York for work as it is more structured and professional looking. You just have to decide if you like soft leather or hard Saffiano. You really can't go wrong with either! I also love all the pockets in the York, but the Perry is great for just throwing things in and going.
I own both as well. I use my York every single day. My current color in rotation is Kir Royale. I received the Perry last week and love how spacious it is but the lack of pockets and no top closure makes it impractical for me for everyday use.
