Food perfect cupcakes?

I love love love cream cheese frosting. It's just butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar fluffed up in the mixer. You can substitute low-fat cream cheese and there is no difference in taste/texture, and less fattening! ;)

Try Roo's granny's recipe for Red Velvet cake and frosting, just cupcake form. It's sooooo yummy :drool: (Thanks for posting this before Roo :flowers:)
