Hey

i was trying to look for louis vuitton bag & i came across pendoza.com- I spoke to them & they mentioned they sell authentic bags- has anyone experineced buying from them- is it really authentic- they sound & look authentic

I went to the Vutton store in Boston and they told me my bag that i bought from Pendoza for $435.00 was a fake. It look like sh1t and it was pack really bad in shipping I hope i can get my money back.

I (Big Mistake) bought a purse from Pendoza. Trying to return within 15 days, but can't get them to respond to my email to their customer service.

Any advice?

Did you call the 800#?

Here is the WHO website registration info... site appears to be owned by someone in Malaysia, and hosted by a company in the Netherlands. NOT GOOD.

If you paid w/ a credit card I would immediately file a charge back w/ my credit card co for fraud & delivery of counterfeit goods.

You can also file a fraud complaint for counterfeit goods w/ USPS if shipped via USPS.

Hi ArmCandyLuvr, I just purchased the bag last night! (2-17-10) around 8pm, they already deducted the money from my bank account! what do I do? Do I wait for the bag to arrive, then try and return it???? Please help.

I should've known better. As u can see I rarely make online purchases Ellie Mae.. And what should I tell my bank about the reverse charge???

I honestly do not know, as I do not know what your bank's policy is on charge reversals, if any.

TBH most bank debit cards only offer protection against unauthorized transactions. You will need call yours and ask them what protection they offer against fraud.

There may be a website on the back of the card that can provide more info...??
