Pearl Necklace

Could anyone tell me any information about this pearl necklace like type of pearls and gemstone? Just curious about a necklace that has been in family for years.

Looks like freshwater pearls. Those small ones I think are called rice pearls or rice crispie pearls or something like that.

definitely fresh water pearls, baroque in shape along with keshi or soufflé shaped fresh water pearls. the clasp looks to be silver or white gold with a blue topaz.
