I highly recommend Pearl Paradise. I've purchased three pairs of pearl studs from them and was really happy.

Great question! I desperately want a pair of Debutante Stud pearl earrings from Henri Bendel, they're platinum (plated) and so gorgeous. It sucks that they don't ship outside the US
