Wow.. some SA can be really snippy!
I have about 4 coach boutiques around me.. and 1 of the 4 boutique managers were super nice to me! I had bought the julianne about 4 days before PCE started and I had received a card AFTER i had bought the julianne but the manager of the store was so generous she let me come in the day that PCE started and let me get the price adjustment for my julianne and with the extra 100$+ i got some cute accessories to match! Also the julianne I told the manager that I had already used it but she still said it was perfectly fine for me to keep using it and still get a price adjustment.
I guess I was just one of those lucky ones..
