I am bidding on something and they only take paypal. I set up my credit card to paypal, but it says my balance is 0, how do I get the money on there? Or do I just buy with paypal and it go through without me putting the amount on?

Your balance is $0 because no one has paid YOU. It'll go through just like any store transaction would.
You don't do anything w/ the balance.

Yeah you'll only have a balance if you get a payment from selling something. Otherwise, the balance will stay at zero and use your CC as you would with any other online retailer, as Swanky said
