So why don't have the bag authenticated? That would certainly help your case.

I believe you can post pictures and ask about authenticity. You can also mention the buyer's concerns but just in general terms. You can ask about zipper brands also. Don't mention being the seller.

Once authenticated, you can send the buyer a link to the posts.

ETA: Without posting a link to the listing, I believe you're allowed to say that the buyer has accused you of selling a fake so you're posting pictures, presumably to reassure the buyer.
