Paypal Question - what is unverified buyer?

I just received a payment from Paypal and it said the buyer was "Unverified' but her address is confirmed so what does that mean? Does it render me ineligible for the seller protection policy?

Unverified means that she hasn't connected her paypal account to her bank account -- in other words, she has a credit card attached to it, and is planning on paying with that or existing PayPal funds.

What does the 8 mean? Feedback? Transactions?

i think it means that you have sold to 8 verified buyers.

That feedback number shows the number of confirmed/verified Paypal users who have successfully completed a payment to you.
