Hello!
After selling stuff on eBay for a long time now, I went to my PayPal account and saw the following:

PayPal is constantly working to ensure security by regularly screening the accounts in our system. We recently reviewed your account, and we need more information to help us provide you with secure service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon as possible, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Why is my account access limited?
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
Nov 14, 2010: You have received €2,500 or more in total payments to your PayPal account in this calendar year. Until you provide us with this information you won't be able to send any money using PayPal, however, you may still be able to receive it. If you don't provide the required information within 45 days, your ability to receive money may also be revoked until the information is provided. Please go to the Resolution Centre for more information on what you need to do.
(Your case ID for this reason is ....)

How can I get my account access restored?

It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest transactions.
To help us with this and to find out what you can and can't do with your account until the issue is resolved, go to the Resolution Center.
We'll review the information you provide and email you if we need more details or when your account is back to normal.
Once you complete all of the checklist items, your case will be reviewed by one of our Account Specialists. We will send you an email with the outcome of the review.

I am not so sure on how to solve this problem but since the instructions say to go to the Resolution Center, I click there and it appears the following:

If anyone is or was in the same situation and knows what it takes, please help me!

Yes, you need to click on EVERY "Resolve" link and provide the required documentation. Give them a day or so to process it, then call them and they will remove the restriction. They won't do it until they get EVERY piece of information they requested. Good luck.

ACK! Paypal are pains in the butts for doing this. Yes, you have to resolve every step before they will even consider lifting the limitations. Makes no sense to me that they need to do this, it is just so much hassle...
