PayPal Buyer Protection for International Transactions?

I won an auction on eBay.co.uk almost a month ago and haven't received the item! I've messaged the seller several times and she doesn't have a tracking number or any other information except it was sent via Royal Mail Airmail. Is it typical to wait this long for a package coming from the UK?

Does anyone know if I'm still qualified for buyer protection if I purchased from a eBay UK seller?

Any suggestions on what I should do next would be appreciated!

From my experience...First, You need to raise a dispute in Paypal within 45 days of your payment. Just follow the step-by step instructions there. Good luck!

Yes, purchases from UK can have buyer protection. Check your EBAY transaction page to determine eligible coverage (Under BUY SAFELY)

You would need to file an INR dispute w/ PP.
