To be honest, I suspect it is actually crystal or CZ. Most of her jewelry is costume so I guess that's why I think her watch is too. Anybody check hsn.com? I have a feeling that may be the place to look.

I think you are right because she wore a different one last night that was less blingy and had a black band.

That impressive watch could be a Cartier Roadster Chronograph, paved everywhere: crown, lugs, bezel, etc, with interchangable diamond and leather bands. Would love to know for certain.

The case of her watch looks distinctly round though, well to me anyways.
