I always get mine at Costco. They'll actually re-do them for you if you don't like them! (Which, of course, I never like!)
i took mine in my bathroom and sent it to print at walgreens over the internet for 19 cents woo

I got mine done at the local drug store and I think it was only $5. I was told that for the pic you're not allowed to smile and you have to show your ears
True. And you have to wear a colored shirt (not white) so your shoulder line is visible. God, my picture is awful! I can't wait until I can get it changed.

Well that is just crap!
I just got my renewed passport back yesterday. Not only do I have a huge grin, one cannot see my ears (hair issues lol). I still look like hell but far better than the first passport.
