Park leather hobo - driving me crazy!!

I got a Park Leather Hobo at the outlets a few months ago. Love everything about it except for the fact that the top flops over and sometimes when I put the purse down, the whole bag falls over on its side! Any suggestions to make the bag more structured or is it just the "way it is"??

Can you use some kind of purse insert like a purse to go? It will balance the weight more evenly.

I've thought of that. Where do you buy them? Is there a place that has all different sizes that you know of?

Not sure if you have a Container Store nearby, but I picked up this organizer this weekend - in.bag Handbag Organizer. It expands using the zippers and snaps on the sides.
