Hi all

A somewhat random post but I am curious if the Paris stores are doing soft boxes or the traditional hard boxes for the vintage Alhambra pieces? I have only heard about the change in packaging and I’m hoping to buy with the hard box.

Hi there! I have not been to VCA in Paris, but I did talk to them on the phone today. I was told VCA is phasing out travel pouches. Now they give you the option between the hard jewelry box or soft jewelry pouch. I hope that helps!

Thank you so much! May I ask which store you spoke to in Paris? Or was it client services for the online boutique? I spoke to online services in my country (Aus) and they advised in store it is soft box only, online you can pick hard or soft box :-)

I was in Paris last month in Printemps shopping centre and they gave me a hard case!
