I purchased a parchment Sabrina back in February/March of this year. I just noticed that where the brass hardware is, including the Coach emblem, is turning pink. I am so upset.

I have never returned an item but I can't find the receipt. Do I do this at the store or do I need to call customer service?

definitely check it. It wasn't the brass areas once I looked at it again. It was the dark brown leather bleeding through. I am guessing it wasn't sealed properly. I called Coach and they had not heard of it and told me to take it to the boutique, the SA and the Manager just said it's a quality issue and let me do an in store exchange!
