Paperwork missing from inside my bag

Hello, my husband purchased 2 bags for me this weekend in Amsterdam and neither one had the little "sticker" inside the bag that says the name and model number. I did get the vachetta leather cards.

They were the loop hobo and nautical toiletry pouch. Any idea why this would happen? They were not in or on the dust bags.

Hi, I can only speak from my experience and so far I have never received these stickers with my purchases (I live in Germany). Maybe it's a European thing that they remove those stickers before they package the bags for you.

Ooh I think you are correct! I just remembered that when I bought a bag in Ireland it didn’t have the stickers!

Yes, sometimes they have them and sometimes they don’t.

I’ve very rarely ever gotten the sticker with the purchase.

All of the bags that i purchased both in store or online always include 2 stickers

I wanted to keep the sticker on one of my purchases but the SA said they throw them away, they're really just for store use. New products are all microchipped these days so you shouldn't need to worry about the sticker now, hope that helps

Yes it’s a European thing. Bought a mini pochette in Paris and the SA said they wouldn’t give out the tag/sticker with bar code & item number ( idk why the store would keep it vs giving to the client).
Same goes with Chanel
