Hi all,

I am starting a new job in 2 weeks where it's a business casual atmosphere. I am working in an office now where I just wear jeans or tights but in past positions wore nice classic fit pants and heels. Well I can't wear jeans to this new job and a foot injury leaves me only able to wear flats thus ruling out those nice pants and heels I wore before.

So bottom line I need some cute, casual office appropriate pants - I like skinny jean style pants that I can wear with some basic black flats and pair with cute tops and cardigans.

Anyone have any ideas or seen any styles in any specific stores lately? I'm going to head out shopping later but don't want to come home empty handed and frustrated. There must be some girls here that wear something similar to work!

I was thinking of getting some black skinny pants, a light dusty pink pair, maybe a fun bright pair....does Nordstrom Rack have anything like this right now?

Also pictures would help a ton!! Thanks gals....

Gap: particularly the slim cropped, which comes in black and many other colors/prints. http://www.gap.com/browse/category.do?cid=57240
And they also have khakis which can work for business casual: http://www.gap.com/browse/category.do?cid=78990

Mango also carries nice work trousers. (JCP also carries an assortment of Mango). I have these in navy: (http://shop.mango.com/US/p0/mango/o...n=1&s=outlet_usa_she&ie=1&m=&ts=1361033132571), and had them tapered and hemmed to wear with flats.

Zara: The website tends to focus more on the trendy stuff, but in-store has a good selection of work wear. I constantly wear Zara pants for work.

Express: "Editor" or Columinist style. I haven't bought Express in over 6 years, but they still make their signature Editor.

I love these. They are so comfortable because they're stretchy and fitted (but not they're not too tight) and they make your butt look awesome! I love pairing these types of pants with a silk button up or a nice basic blazer. The ankle length makes it easy to pair with flats too.

You can also find some nice pants from Forever 21 AE that are similar.

JCrew... I love their pants ( and pencil skirts) they always go on sale, so many different styles and cuts. I own a ton.. I think the quality is great in their pants, not so much w their cashmere... but the various styles of pants from the minnie to skinny , Matchstick jeans and capri's look great w flats and heels.
