Panthere vs Ballon Bleu

So I can't decide between these two. They are very different but both gorgeous in my opinon. I have tried them on yet but just from the photos my husband likes the Panthere. He generally likes smaller watches on me.

One thing that bugs me w bit about Catier is there it discontinues watches more often than other brands. I'm wondeing if the Ballon Bleu might be discontinued in the future.

Unless you honestly like both exactly the same, buy the one you love and not the one your husband loves on you.

My husband bought me the Panthere with diamonds for our anniversary last year. Prior to this, I always thought that I would want the Ballon Bleu. However, we never really discussed it. I still plan to own the BB one day; it's beautiful. But I have to say, the Panthere is GORGEOUS. I have other watches, but have lost interest in wearing them because I love the Panthere so much. It is small enough to be classy and understated. I just adore it. That said, either would be a great choice.
In my case, my husband went into Cartier to look at the Ballon Bleu (I wasn't with him) and took one look at the Panthere and knew that was the one. If you really have a preference let your husband know. If not, mine had a lovely time choosing a style for me that I hadn't considered on my own.

Actually I have a habit of doing exactly opposite of what my husband suggests haha.
Currently I have a 26mm Rolex Datejust which I plan to change to 31mm next year. I also have a 33mm Chanel J12. So the Balloon Bleu is somewhat similar to what I currently own. Tough decision!

My vote is for the Panthere. After the Tank Francaise, the Panthere is my second favourite range. So timeless and elegant.

In the women's watch range, I feel like Cartier does square or rectangular watches best. If you want something with a round dial, I would go for Rolex instead.

Panthere all day, everyday. I have owned 3 & they were the watches I received the most compliments on ever.
