pandora bracelet

Hi All,
I am new to Pandora bracelets. My children sent me 3 charms for Mother's Day and I can't get my spacers off to thread the new beads. Any suggestions as to how to open them?

Do you mean the clips? If so, I also had a hard time getting one of mine off. I use both my thumb nails and press in the crease on each end. Then I pull in the opposite directions with my nails and it pops open. Hope this helps!

Thanks yes, that's what I mean. My husband just got it opened for me. Wow, it's not easy.
