Personally, I actually find that the full size love ring is more chic than say, the open heart ring or even the Return to Tiffany tags. When you look closely at how the l-o-v-e letters are constructed in one single, continuous sweep, uniform in detail and beautifully fluid, it really makes me appreciate how spectacularly made this piece is. There may be dupes for other collections like the T collection, RTT or the bean where it may not be obvious whether it’s fake, but I think it’d be difficult to truly replicate the craftsmanship of uniform lettering in a way that looks authentic for this collection. Notably, how the “o” and the “v” have the gorgeously playful loop detail as part of the font. So much movement and femininity to this piece. Now this is for the full size — the small size seems better for stacking!
I bought the full size love ring in YG for my sister so forgive me, this is the only photo I can get of it right now, looking silly next to some of my other YG/WG rings.

my sister loves it and has gotten compliments on it while we’re out and about! The only worry is you’ll need to be careful to not get the protruding letters caught on things, have a dog yank on the leash, play sports with it, etc.
I once saw someone use the Love pavé as their wedding band and wow, what a stunner. YG is beautiful, but the diamond is just the most incredible work of art in person.
Now that I’m entering my 10th year into buying luxury with my own money, a rule I find myself going back to — just buy the thing you truly want (as long as you’re still healthily within your means and can stay on track with your financial goals) Previously I’d try to buy something in between to squish the feeling, but it always stuck around or I’d still think about obtaining it, which would cost more in the long run. Once you have it, you’ll love the piece even more once it’s part of your collection. 💖 Also, don’t let what’s in your near term budget and the price increase pressure you — it may be better to wait and save up for the specs you actually want. These routine price increases by LVMH are a way to artificially create a sense of purchase urgency, when in reality, the piece will still be there ready for you to purchase, just maybe 3-10% higher than when you initially thought about purchasing it.
Please keep us updated! Good luck! 💖
