Can anyone tell me what this loop is for on the Palm Springs mini? Is it just for decoration? It’s the new version of the bag.

The PSM had this loop the whole time since release. I've actually also asked my SA. She said it's made for a scarf or bandeau

Can y'all feel the loop through the inside of the bag (if you put your hand inside your backpack)? I felt a weird lump/bump so was wondering what it was (feels like that loop).

When I went to leather craft workshop, the man who was making a backpack explained that this loop at the bottom is for when you're out sporting, you can tie another pair of shoes to this loop by the shoe laces. I thought it was a great idea. You don't put dirty shoes in your bag and you can bring another pair of shoes, may those be gym shoes, ballet shoes, football studs etc.
