Palm Springs Mini issues

Hi everyone!

I was just wondering if Louis Vuitton is addressing the problems with peeling canvas around the zipper and fraying of the leather tabs on the 1st edition models. I have seen many people getting replacements or store credits in the past year, but would they still fix this sort of issue if the bag is 4 years old since they know it is caused by a design flaw and not normal wear and tear?

I think I read somewhere that they stopped replacements and such for that issue with the 1st edition PSMs. I would call your local LV store to confirm, though!

Anyone recently had any luck? I have started using my PS PM recently and it is peeling all over the top. Definitely not hand sanitizer. Sooo sad

It does not hurt to ask them since it is a known design issue. If you have a CA who you work with all the time definitely contact them first.
