I found one from out of state in stock, should I splurge and buy it from there to be shipped (with having to pay $20-40 to have them mail it, ouch) OR stay on waitlist with my local store (I am 16th in line or so).

Pay the extra and get it right away! It will take several months to go 16 - they generally only get a few at a time. I would't be able to wait.

I DID it!
I called and bought it over the phone, to be shipped to me this week...I guess a little extra for shipping costs was worth it..I am sooo excited!! Finally, a new shoulder bag!!!
