Paddy shoulder strap

Hej

Anyone out there with a shoulder strap Paddy? I got (a beautiful choco) one from NAP about a month ago and that strap is just useless, the bag kinda falls over if I don't hold on to the handles. Which makes the strap unnecessary. Any suggestion how to make it work?

And also, if it isn't packed with stuff (well, it usually is) it sort of implodes because of the weight from the lock. How do you make your Paddy look its best?

yeah someone else said the same thing... i think the only way to make the strap work is to shorten it? not quite sure, i don't have one...
