PA battle - mono 1998 vs 2010 DE

My new (vintage) addition, 1998 PA in mono.
Dang the quality was much better back then!
I wonder if it has been used rarely over the years and that’s why it’s in excellent shape. My DE piece has been well loved and is in constant rotation, but still going strong. I’m in love with both! ❤️

I completely agree, the older pieces hold up so much better! My bag right now is a 1996 black epi petit noe; the handle is nice and thick and the glazing is still totally intact. Most of my LV collection is vintage, as the newest items I bought in the store were a damier ebene speedy and matching cles in 2011. Yay for vintage!

Yes absolutely. I’m probably gonna just do vintage from now on. My brand new items straight from the store have been disappointing!
