Owl Keyring peeling

I bought the enamel owl keyring w/the swarvoski crystals on Black Friday. Today I noticed that the orange on the beak and claws is peeling off. I'm debating on whether I should return it or not as maybe the peeling is normal wear and tear? I just used it as a bag charm so I was surprised that the color was wearing off. They are sold out on the Coach website. I posted a picture of it under the key fob thread when I first got it.

Regardless, I wouldn't think peeling would be normal. I'd return it.

I bought it at the Coach store at The Mall at Rockingham Park. I returned it today.

ya its not supposed to peel, i have some of their enamel jewelry and key chains, they may chip with like contact at the most but def not peeling
