Over the knee boots slouching

How do you prevent over the knee boots from slouching?
Even the ones with ties & tight calves end up slouching

I have thin legs and Weitzmans fit me best. If I try and wear them on bare legs they tend to wanna slough so often I wear tight over the knee socks to help grip them. I can't see them since the boots are taller.

Even my Stewart Weitzman boots fall down. I tried tights, maybe socks will work better.
