Mostly factory bags but COMPLETELY different that the Coach MFF. I don't think anyone could really tell the difference TBH. It seems that Kors doesn't want to differentiate much between his factory and boutique stores. The prices aren't all that different either - maybe a bit, but not mind blowingly so.

At the MK outlet here, I see some bags that I have also seen at the FP store (not sure if these actually came from the FP store or not), but most are outlet bags. Nice bags, good quality leather, etc. Personally, I don't think the prices are very good at MK, on the bags I have checked out, the price different is usually less than $40. Coach does a much better job at their outlet store (which is 3 stores down the hallway), at they have FP bags deeply discounted and they are always handing out coupons at the door for additional % off.

MK outlets primarily sell factory quality bags. The leather quality is typically lower IMO. The designs are often similar to current or slightly different versions of bags that were in boutiques from previous seasons. Prices are similar to boutique prices but there is usually a % off on most bags.

I've seen MMK (not MK collection) boutique deletes periodically but not often. Boutiques run sales every month cycling out older inventory; the sales are usually 30% to 50% off MSRP.

^^ yes, not much different. They are def different from how Coach makes their MFF lines. You can also get great discounts at dept stores for MK bags and even at the MK store they have some good sales too. They had their small camo grayson bag at MK for 1/2 off...
