does anyone know if outlets can look up inventory to find out if another outlet has a certain bag in the color i want? tia

They can and it depends on the SA. My outlet has one SA that's more than happy to do it and the other acts like I asked her to cure cancer and then only looks at her surrounding area. Keep trying, call all the outlets you can get #'s for, even out of your area/state outlets.

They can look it up...some will some won't depends on the SA or manager you may be talking to.

it honestly depends on the SA you get. some of them are wonderful and will do whatever you ask and happily, while others are total jerks and will lie about everything you ask. i second what another poster wrote...call ALL the outlets you can, even the ones on the other side of the country from you. you'll get lucky.

Boutiques have looked up outlet inventory for me before, but only in the surrounding area.
