Michael Kors Outlet verse boutique ? Help please...

I have bought the Hamilton outlet version from TJ Maxx and noticed that while it is nice leather, I just didn't find it as nice as the boutique versions. They don't come with dust bags, which is a must for me lol. I also noticed in the case of the bag I owned, I saw spots on the leather on the handles and the back of my bag which I don't see at all on any of my other bags. It was almost like the leather was rubbing off or something odd ( I had a metallic gold leather bag)
Personally I haven't bought from the outlet after finding out most are outlet bags, and I can get a bag at the department store or MK for $170-$200 on sale. I also do notice a difference in quality, but maybe its bc I know. If you have $260 look at the sales on MK.com or macys.com, bloomingdales.com etcSo is there a quality difference in the bags from the outlet and like a boutique store? Saw a bag at the outlet that was 260 but not sure if it worth it at outlet or should I save up for a bag at MK store. Any help appreciated.
I've learned from reading on here that the outlet bags are lower quality. Examples like the interior, special detailing (logos, feet at the bottom of bag, the lining of the bag). I agree that you should check out the sales first. Unless of course there's a bag you REALLY want from the outlet. I will say they had the cutest jet set satchel in grape that just stood out!
I saw a bag for almost 300 with a "25%" off sign at my outlet. I think it was something like the bedford satchel? When I know for a fact with some patience and surfing the web I can get a better deal on a "retail" version.

I don't care for outlet quality, pricing or their return policy. Everything there is final sale. If something was wrong or you didn't like it, you can only exchange within 30 days, not refund like at MK store (department stores are even longer). Pricing is higher than sales/clearance I get elsewhere. Quality is not up to par
