Michael Kors Outlet Stores Don't Give Dust Bags????

Hello again everyone,

I just purchased an Outlet Exclusive Quilted Luggage Hamilton at the MK Outlet and they didn't give me a dust bag for it. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm just wondering if I should call and ask them about this, or if it's normal NOT to get a dust bag from them?

I'm not sure what's the norm but I just bought my first MK yesterday at an outlet and no dustbag- my dh went back in and they gave him one.

I guess they only have them for/give them for some of the bags....I called the local MK outlet and asked today...

I also purchased there - love that store - confirm I received no dustbag as well (and my bag wasn't a 'cheap' one either!)

I found that if I ask for one while I'm PAYING, they can "go in the back and find one." I don't know why they don't provide them.

They usually do not give a dust bag. I would ask when you check out .. you never know they might include one.

Ohh! Hi neighbor to you too! ha ha....Did you post any pics of yours? And I know...I paid $300 + tax and didn't even get tissue paper around it in my bag!
