Outlet Returns at Full Price

Does anyone know if you can get a refund to your credit card for outlet returns at full price stores? Thank you!

I was able to return my FOS Grommets Borough to the FP store. I used a credit card to pay. If you used PayPal you'd have to mail it back.

Historically outlet purchases returned to FP boutiques would only be refunded as store/merchandise credit, no matter how you originally paid for them. I don't believe this has changed. I'm sure someone else can shed for more / correct information if I'm wrong.

It has changed. You can now return an outlet purchase to the FP store and they will refund all ways aside from paypal like stated above.

Only if you have a receipt, there is no exception to that.
