Outlet Find, Never Seen This Before?!?

I went to the outlet last night to check out a bag I had on hold. I ended up seeing and buying this one instead. It's very light weight. I don't ever remember seeing this bag before, anyone have any info. on it. Was it Dept. Exclusive or Pilot? It's called the Signature Weekender PR Satchel.
