Outlet exchange?

At the outlet on saturday I mentioned my Leigh that I bought about 6 weeks ago there having the loose turnlock and how I was afraid it would break. Unfortunately, I didn't have it with me, so she told me to bring it in and they would exchange it for me. I didn't see a leigh there at all. Do you think they will let me pick something else then? I have the receipt and tag and all still.

I would assume they would let you exchange it for something of equal or lesser value, or offer a repair.

I went and they let me exchange it. They were very nice.

They didn't have any more Leighs
So I looked around and found got the small denim signature stripe tote and a chocolate leather ergo tote and just paid the difference. I do like both of the totes, but I am sad about Leigh.

That's sad to me, if I had to exchange my Leigh for something else, I would miss it badly. Maybe you'll see another one someday at the outlet to buy.
