I was just on the website and I was confused because it seemed that online booking was required but unavailable at the store I was looking to visit. Can you just walk in or do I need an appointment?

Yes, at least in Dallas they are. No idea if appts are needed, usually there's a line though.

In Honolulu you can just wait in the line. However, if you know an SA you can make an appointment and skip the line.

I make an appt with my CA because I like working with her, but I see people lining up in the queue without appts. I’m in the US so it could be different elsewhere.
