Thanks! I like the old setting too but didn't think it does justice to the diamond and every time I look at it it reminds me of a button. So I wanted something a bit fancier but not too much off of the original setting. Here's a better pic

I have a similar three-band setting with the e-ring in the center. I orginally had the three bands soldered together so they would always line up (my diamonds don't go all the way around the bands). For some reason, I just didn't like that look and had them un-soldered. Now they are always wonky and I have to keep lining them up. Are your bands soldered? Do you have to keep re-aligning them? Or do your diamonds go all the way around? Yours looks great!

They are not soldered together as I like having options with the 3 rings and I only wear the plain gold band when we go on vacation.
It is an eternity band but the sapphires are only in the front so it looks like a diamond eternity band when it does turn on me. I also like that I can turn it so only the diamonds are visible or vice versa with the sapphires if that makes sense??

I understand what you're describing. It sounds like you're covered no matter how your rings slip around. Also sounds like a really beautiful solution! Wish I had thought about this when I originally picked out my bands. Thanks so much for the info! :smile1:

Well, it ended up that way bc I only had 6 sapphires from my original rings and didn't want to add any into the new band. Drove my jeweler nuts bc they are also different sizes! Thank you for the kind words!
