I love the vachetta one, I'm sure it will age beautifully. But I think its been sold out on the US site for awhile now. Has anyone tried to order anything off of the Tod's US website lately? I want to order one of their new Miky style hobo bags but am a bit reluctant to do so since I am worried about delivery and shipping back if I don't like it during this crazy time. I usually buy my bags in store to inspect them before purchasing to save myself the hassle of returning online and waiting for the credit, etc.
Apologies if this has already been posted about ( I did search and didn’t find anything) but I just happened on the Tod’s website and I see the original D-bag is back for the current collection and I couldn’t be happier! This is the same style carried by Princess Diana and I remember falling in love with it the first time I saw her pictured with it. It was also my first luxury bag purchase. I was young and just starting my career so I bought the smaller size for just over $1000 and I still have it. It’s the only bag I will never consider selling. If any Tod’s fans are considering this bag I can tell you it will truly last for many years. I bought mine in 1997 and it’s in amazingly great shape (8/10). A few years later I bought the medium size as well. Both in the natural vachetta color and they’ve patina’d beautifully. I added the black in a box leather as well. With the new release I may get one more
