Maybe try one of the 2mm felt liners. There is a UK company called Love Lolo and I think their organiser would help your Speedy still have the saggy bottom but is it literally just a liner, not with the organiser sections (except slip pockets) so you would still be throwing your stuff in essentially. 
I bought this one for my Le Pliage large totes, and I’m surprise how much I love it. It’s made of nylon and not structured at all...so no sag loss, but a place for everything. I haven’t tried it in my speedy, but something like this might work for you. None of the felt organizers worked for me, too structured.
I use something like this in my Speedies for odds and ends like key pouch, lipstick, tissues, etc, and place larger items (like my mini pochette, card wallet that is my "normal" wallet) in the middle. If I didn't use a cardboard base with my Speedy, it would most definitely sag in the middle.
You still get some sag with samorga liners. I like the look, it’s just enough sag but not sloppy looking
I like a big of Speedy sag, too....but want everything in its place. The samorga is perfect. I bought a felt one on Etsy first and it got pilly and the pockets came apart...so spent more for Samorga, but worth it.
Great question, thanks for starting this! I like a Speedy sag too and mine is the 30. Without the organiser and if I just put a few items, the sag is perfect. However I need an organiser if I want to carry and organise all my things, so I got the Samorga type 1. I find that it looks boxy at the sides and just near the top part. Will the organiser soften or mould into shape with time?
I bought a large soft leather clutch-makeup case that works well for me. I don’t need pockets because I can organize my things easily inside. Purse organizers I have bought through the years have been too bulky or stiff. I usually stopped using them within a month.
