I would very much like to know if any members have placed an order from the Tiffany.ca website? If so, was it easy to place an order? How much was shipping and what method of shipping did Tiffany use? Was it beautifully packaged? Any negative experiences? I do not live close to a Tiffany store, so purchasing online is my only avenue. I look forward to your responses. Thank you!

Great packaging, shipping took 3 days (UPS), and placing an order was very easy. At the end of the purchase they ask you to type out a personalized message which is included as a small card.

I'm living in Toronto. I ordered from tiffany.ca a few times. if you order over CAD $1000, they give you free shipping! If not, they'll charge you around CAD $30. I recieve the item in the blue box wrapped white ribbon but they didn't give the blue paper bag.

Tiffany in Vancouver has the best customer service. If you are nervous you could always call your closest shop and ask them about the process. I find the sales people are super friendly.
I've purchased from Tiffany.ca I'm in Mississauga so my shipment came from the Bloor st store at the time. shipping was $20.00 and arrived 2 days after I ordered. it was shipped insured with fedex and came with a fine jewellery suede box, tiffany exterior boxes wrapped in a bow, extra suede pouches and a jewellery book on how to care for different gemstones and silver. it also included a prepaid return envelope in case I changed my mind. overall packaging was really nicely done and included more suede pouches then I've received in store. I've also never received the small jewellery care book buying in store but it came with the online purchase piece.
what I bought was a rose gold diamond key and chain so this is why I received the fine jewellery suede box, if it's a silver purchase I don't think you'll receive this but you will get the suede pouch and tiffany blue box wrapped in the white satin bow
I would love to see the jewellery care book! Can you post a picture? I purchased the rtt diamond heart tag earrings over the phone (item was discontinued so wanted to buy the last piece) but did an in store pick up. I had a good experience but i love the in store experience with a sales associate better.
