Depends on your boutique. The one in Toronto is doing that.

Yes you can, and I'm doing that now! I want a pair of shoes that are now sold out in my boutique and online, so my SA is going to get the pair of shoes from a different location and ship them to me. The only slightly annoying things are that, at least in my situation,

1. The shipping address has to match the billing address
2. The SAs can only process these types of orders when they are in the store, so you have to wait until their next shift
3. It counts as an in-store purchase so you can't return the items by mail.

try a personal shopper/stylist at Saks/Nordstorm at a Flagship store. I shop multiple brands and it is nice to just have one SA instead going thru multiple SAs with different brands.

I am having an item ordered from a Saks store in the US to Sweden right now, although the SA has not confirmed the order yet. I am crossing my thumbs that all will go well!
