I usually go through Nordies (cut through during lunch) at least once per week. The orange bag was not there on the 8th, but it was there on the 10th. I assumed it came out with the Resort collection, but I cannot find it referenced on any website.

So, I just called Nordstrom Seattle and am on hold now getting details. The orange Spy is part of the Resort collection. It was just sold at the downtown store. They only had one. It is $1860.00. The SA said that Bellevue is the only other Nordies that got it. So tPF Fendi gals, if you want an orange Spy, call 425-455-5800. Ask for Stacey, Marie, or Nova in designer handbags. Good luck!

OK - right now on the phone to Bellevue Nordstrom. (sometimes it's about the hunt, LOL!) I thought the price was bizarre, but I didn't talk to my regular SA at the downtown store either.

Bellevue has the orange Spy. It is leather. Price verified to be $2250.00. If you want it call Stacey, 425-455-5800 x1256. She is there for 5 more hours.

baglady.1 How about that big sequined monster? :shrugs: A face only a mother could love.

I usually shop at the Bellevue Nordies for bags, they seem to have more reliable information.

jburgh, one of the SA's I spoke too said she thought it was part of the Resort/Cruise line also. That's interesting that there are 3 different prices for it though...:confused1:

The $1860 didn't sound right to me. At first the SA said $1960. Then he said $1860. $2250 seems more in line. I hope someone from tPF gets it.

Neiman's quoted me $2190 which sounds about right. I was really tempted, but I just got a baby spy last month and hubby bought me an LV agenda, Tiffany scarf and necklace for Christmas that day :yahoo:, so that would have been a bit too much :sad: I hope one of our TPF sistas get one though!

It is not orange, although it looks like orange a bit. This season Fendi re-launched the Honey spy, although its not the Honey its called Rust. I think this is the one you are talking about, its very slightly darker than the Honey but I have never talk about it as to me it looks more or less the same.
Its the colour, more or less, of the middle bit of the tribal spy. Hope this helps

Saich2 - I have the Tribal Spy and this new one at Nordstrom is definitely orange and not like the middle color of my Tribal. More like a light pumpkin. I wish I had a picture to show you. Do you have a picture of the honey to which you referred?

No sorry no picture, all I know is Fendi bought out a new spy last season called Rust, sure that is the spy the poster is referring to. Its darker than the original Honey spy of a couple of season ago. I have never bothered with it as it reminds me to much of the Honey, although it is darker and richer in colour

So, I just called Nordstrom Bellevue and talked to Nova, one of the SAs in the bag section. She brought the bag to the phone and said the tag calls it Pomegranate. I looked up a pic of the honey on the blog and this new one is orange, not honey.

jburgh, the Pomegranate is the name of the new Lilac spy, so perhaps the new lilac is in Nordstrom. The new Honey spy is called Rust, its not called Honey at all, I just think it looks like the Honey although is darker.
