Hi everyone!

I love Valentino handbags. So unique and definitely not a bag often seen on the streets. Plus, this bag is perfect for crossbody wear.

My dilemma is this:

I have the My Rockstud in black, all leather with gunmetal hardware. I ordered and received the same bag with a blueish denim material with gold hardware. I love the bling of the gold!

I believe the all leather bag was a bit more expensive than the fabric bag.

Pros of the all leather: sleek and understated
Cons: Heavy

Pros of the fabric: lightweight and gold hardware
Cons: fabric collects pet hair (like a pair of denim pants)

Which would you choose and why? The bags are not cheap, so keeping both is not an option for me.

that's personal preference.....If you like it then maybe that's the one for you....I'm not carrying it

I prefer the denim with GHW. Side by side, it looks special and just really pops compared to the plainer leather version.

Definitely all black leather. Love the look of it more plus the denim bag will show wear much quicker (I had a Gucci denim bag back in the day which didn't last very long)

I’m leaning pretty hard on keeping what I have. The lint on the denim is already driving me crazy!
Gives me an excuse to look for a different bag with gold hardware[emoji848][emoji2]

I decided to return the new bag. As much as I love the pop the gold brings to it, I can’t justify spending this amount for a fabric bag.
