Opinions please - which watch?

Hi all
Would really appreciate some opinions please..... Trying hard to decide between an ladies Omega Aqua Terra or a Cartier Santos steel and gold ladies. Both are second hand, the omega is 2008 with box and papers and the Cartier is 2004 with no box or papers. Same price of £895.
99% happy with authenticity of the Cartier. My budget isnt massive at £1000 so trying to get as much as possible with my ££'s.

Any other ideas gratefully received!

I prefer the look of the santos. IMHO, it’s much more of a distinctive look.
