Opinions Please: Sam Edelman Spiked Heels with this Holiday Dress?

I leaning more towards wearing the shoes with the dress, based on some of the replies so far. The dress is at the tailor's now, but I'll be able to try them on together a little later today. May I can share some comparison pictures then. Thanks for all of the replies so far.

Super cute dress! I like it with the shoes for the same reason everyone else does. Perfect juxtaposition. I'd say go for it!

Stick with the spikey heels. I would definitely not wear the nude heels unless you are going for a conservative look. I agree with Swank: the first pair is best (with the spikes), followed by the third pair.

I would say yes, as well. The dress is very simple and feminine and maybe adding some opaque black tights can pull the whole ensemble together.

I like the pairing--if you're comfortable in the shoes, go for it! (Maybe I'm biased since I love Sam Edelman) or, if you need a backup option for shoes, I agree that the last pair would also look cute.

i like the pairing, the studs are black so it's not even that noticeable and it balances the sweet feminine look of the dress. go for it!

^^ I wear black tights with peep toes all the time. Just make sure you tuck the seems under your feet or buy seamless.
