Opinions please?!? Help me decide

Hi ladies... I also posted this in the chanel shopping area and I guess it was kinda the wrong spot. So I am trying to decide between the black small quilted ultimate soft... or the soft and chain in black (jessica alba bag). Please help! Any suggestions would be great. I have seen ultimate soft IRL but not the soft and chain...

oh in my collection of black bag rotation is... e/w, bal city, multi-pocket MJ... what would you think will make a good addition...
