I personally love Rouge H - classy and can be used year-round. It practically goes with anything. I wear mine with jeans, khakis, blacks, greys and navy blues.

At one point in time, I had almost all the bags that Hermes made in rouge H. I have since sold some of them (market, plume) but I still have a lot of rouge h bags and my SAs have refused to sell me anything in rouge anymore!

Other great classic colors include orange and vert.
