I’m thinking of getting the rubies one also since it was made specially for the year of snake. I was told it’s a limited edition piece and rubies is my birthstone
Let us know which one you decide.

I went through this exact issue with my SA. Make sure you take a close look at the skus because there is a newer pink sapphire pendant that has the same name as the one pictured but the specs show 40% lower sapphire carat weight (at the same price!). My SA brought that one in for me and it was so disapointing. It did not look like the website renderings at all, I saw more prong than sapphire, and the saturation was very diluted.

Originally I had ordered and paid for the ruby, but could not get a confirmation that it would ever arrive after over a month if waiting. The whole situation left a very bad taste for me sadly. I am happy to order and wait for something but they were not able to say it was coming for sure, so eventually I asked for a refund.
I never did get to see the ruby, in fact I haven't seen one irl yet. If you do get one, please share!

I ordered the Ruby one, hopefully it will come in. Where was your coming from? I’m in the US, and the only ones they were in Asia so they are transferring it in

I am in Canada. I had ordered back in December. At the time they had never even heard if it. They tried to bring it from Asia, bit then we got so many yo yo stories. At first, they found one, secured it over the phone and we paid. Then it turned into, oh we are trying. Then no we cant, sorry (this is when the sapphire entered the story, they said we will bring that in, at least consider it, ok fine I will consider it)
Then when I rejected the sapphire, it became a maybe, for weeks, and by early Feb, I had had enough and asked for a refund. Of course during the refund process, they seemd to be sure they could get it, but by then I had no confidence and felt like they only said that they could get it so they didnt have to refund. It was all very off putting.

Not very good customer service! I believe it was released for the lunar new year. I will see if mine comes in.
