Hi all, I'm pretty new to Cartier and I'd like some thoughts on the Trinity bracelet (small model - not the one with a cord) and the Etincelle de Cartier bracelet (single row). It seems like there aren't lots of reviews on these two bracelets compared with the LOVE and JUC and so I'd be grateful if owners of these two bracelets can share their thoughts on the pros and cons of these two bracelets. E.g. whether the Trinity bracelet makes too much of a cling clang when moving around, whether the Etincelle gets "lost" when worn alone or is too "in your face" to wear at work etc. I do like the idea of having virtually 3 bracelets in one Trinity but I'd also like to add a bit of bling to my collection. I understand that ultimately it's personal preference and I'll for sure try them on in a boutique but not so confident I could make a decision when trying them on. Hoping to eventually get both one day but need some advice on which one to get first.

A bit of background: I normally wear daintier jewellery - VCA single motif bracelets, necklace with a small solitaire, a thin silver bangle etc. and I am open to stacking but 2 is the most I've done so far. I want to wear the bracelet every day (maybe except sleeping!).

Thank you so much! Appreciate any thoughts on this and happy to get recommendations on other bracelets too. :amuse:

P.S. Would be happy to hear about the LOVE bracelets (both regular and small, with or without diamonds) as I love the idea of the bracelet but kind of having second thoughts due to the saturation of LOVE bracelets lately... Thanks!

I have both the regular and small love bracelets. Just today I decided to see how I like the small love bracelet alone and I actually really like it. It's a dainty touch that still has the "look" of a love bracelet. I was stacking it with the regular love and small juc up until today. If you like dainty then I think it would be perfect. I don't own either of the other bracelets you're asking about but I do have the small trinity ring. It lost its high shine very fast from the 3 rings rubbing against each other. My love ring actually still has more of a high shine finish than the trinity ring and the trinity ring is much newer. I think the bracelet is beautiful but I also think it will become matte looking quickly (in comparison to other bracelets).

I'm not sure about the trinity bangle as I don't own one but if you are concerned about the clinging noise then doubt this is ideal choice. I've tried on the Etincelle but ended up getting the Tiffany Metro diamond bangle which is similar to Etincelle, they didn't have my size back then n didn't want to wait 6 weeks hence I ended up with Tiffany. Since you are into dainty jewellery, Etincelle is beautiful on it's own and easy to take off n on and can be stack easily in the future. I have a small love, suggest you try this on too, it is beautiful, have that minimalist vibe and easy to take on off if you need to. You won't go wrong with either of these. Just make sure to try both on and see where your heart leads❤️

I just got the Etincelle and it stacks very well adding a bit of bling, but also can be worn on its own. It’s not too flashy and doesn’t clang when worn with other bracelets. Personally I think it is more versatile than the trinity bangles if you plan to stack.

Beautiful! Is your stack a snug fit?
Is your Etincelle same size as your love or juc? Sorry for the questions hahaha

Hi, thanks! I wouldn’t say it is a snug fit. The JUC is a 16, Etincelle is 17 because a 16 got hung up on my wrist bone (16 I think would look better but comfort is more important). Love is 17. Best sizes really depend on the structure of your wrist and arm. Good luck and let us know what you decide!

Thanks so much for the pictures and info. I went in today to try on 5th ave. nyc. While they didn't have any for purchase, my SA can order in. I expected to be a 16cm same size as my JUC, but it was tight, we are ordering in size 17cm. Also debating on yellow or white gold...

What color gold are you stacking the Etincelle with?

yellow gold. initially I was set on yellow gold but then I wondered if the diamonds might look better set in WG, for reference my usual everyday stack are gold JUC regular, gold LOVE regular and a VCA simple pearls of gold bangle sz M in RG (but it blends beautifully with YG. When I tried the sz 16 in gold today i think it looked best, but I did also like the WG. in the end I think I will go with YG - i like the sparkle but actually not too much sparkle if that makes sense... meaning the metal will be subtle and blend with my other pieces.

I would also choose yellow gold. The small diamonds are surprisingly sparkly in certain light but not flashy. I’m very happy with mine.

Thanks so much! after seeing your pics and thinking about it over night - I think YG will be best for me. I'll try both since I asked my SA to request both, but I'm sold on yellow gold! Your post and advise have been amazing - thanks so much! Very best,

Thank you so much for the advice and photos of your beautiful stacks!! :hbeat:

Also thanks @PinkGlitterStar for the insight re the trinity rings looking matte from rubbing against each other! I'd have never thought of that and this is certainly a concern for me!

Gotta say after seeing the photos of your lovely stacks, I'm getting more tempted to get the small love bracelet too :panic:

Appreciate all your sharing and I'll share my photos when I have finally made up my mind haha In the meantime, don't hesitate to post your lovely stacks or review on the bracelets please :flowers:

Purchased the beautiful etincelle! Love it so much! Special thanks to Cat Fondler for input. I went with YG. Originally tried sz 16 (same size as my JUC) but it was a little too snug for me. Ended up with sz 17 (same as my love). My VCA is RG sz medium. I’m adding here as another reference point for anyone considering this piece.
